Players will marvel here at how the trees are used to frame holes, most noticeably the par-3 third hole that can stretch out 227 yards. Nestled behind the green are a grove of trees (more than 3,000 palm trees decorate the course) and other foliage that can catch errant shots. A lake to the right, which welcomes visitors to the Rhodes Ranch community as well the course, guards the green. There are bailout areas short left and long right.
Depending on the pin placement, two-putting this large green can be a tough task. It's a scenic and challenging hole, and the best part is, players are just getting started. Robinson has said the group of par 3s on this course are the best he's ever designed.
